Accreditation and Credit Statements
The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 40 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report continuing medical education (CME) credits commensurate with the physician’s participation in this program.

The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

ACOFP designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 40 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

*AOA Diplomates: Once you are ready for ACOFP to report your credits to AOA, please go to the bottom of this section to the overall certificate and claim all of those credits. If you claim before completing the full amount from all of the courses just go back and re-claim the overall certificate so it can be updated during subsequent reporting.
