This session will be an overview of healthcare for persons experiencing homelessness. Topics covered include demographics and risk profiles, care outcomes, care delivery models, billing and funding options, and social continuum of care networks. The cases presented will demonstrate how evidence-based guidelines and practices can be modified to manage PEH effectively. Participants will be engaged via a PowerPoint didactic lecture with a consistent review of real-life applications (or pearls) for patient management.
