Doctor-life Balance Is Possible

Doctor-Life Balance Does Exist! The goal of this presentation is to provide everyday tips and tools to get you home for dinner and leave work at the office.

Many of us spend hours charting at home and feel the constant pressure of outstanding charts and never-ending In-Basket messages. This unhealthy work-life balance is a main cause of physician burnout. It is time to create a healthy "Doctor-Life Balance".
This presentation will focus on staying on time, finishing charts/messages efficiently, and setting yourself up for overall success.

Once we establish a healthier Doctor-Life Balance, we can rediscover the compassion and love for medicine that originally guided us to this profession and be able to enjoy our personal/family time to the fullest.
