Throughout the session, you'll gain valuable insights into the common chronic and acute medical conditions prevalent among these individuals. Additionally, Dr. Kamajian will explore the psychological challenges they often face, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.

One of the lecture highlights is exploring a wide range of available resources and support systems that can greatly assist families in navigating the complexities of raising special education children and adolescents. Long-term care is vital for this vulnerable group, and Dr. Kamajian will address the challenges of providing sustained support. Furthermore, practical strategies for enhancing the overall well-being of special education individuals will be presented.
