Description:
Wellbeing leaders, for staff and students, means knowing the research and the evidence. In this session the presenter will outline the foundations of wellbeing science, including the PERMAH Framework of Wellbeing. The focus is on the elements of PERMAH which impact positive teaming at work – positive emotion, relationships, engagement (character strengths), and achievement (habits, goal setting). The framework can be applied to staff and students and will enhance your capability to lead a successful wellbeing program in your school.
