Description:
Supporting children to understand First Peoples' histories, cultures, knowledge and traditions is a critical role for early childhood teachers. In this session, the presenter will share their experiences and strategies on how to incorporate indigenous perspectives in your planning and teaching. When indigenous perspectives are incorporated into your program you are making an important contribution toward Reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
