Description:
Mindfulness tools are important for people at every age to be using regularly. Introducing young children to calm and relax their bodies regularly can help them in a range of moments throughout the day both at the centre or at home. This is a particularly good time of the year for mindfulness as Term 4 gets busy with end of year activities increasing and as everyone becomes more tired. In this session, Nichole will share a range of tools and strategies to help young children calm and relax their bodies.
