For both supervisors and supervisees, the supervision
process can sometimes feel like a ‘fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants” experience
rather than the thoughtfully curated, systematic learning process guided by
standards and ethical considerations it is intended to be. The course will
provide a roadmap for ways to be intentional when engaging in the supervision
process.
