In this 60-minute webinar participants will examine topics essential for understanding the legal liability of a Casual Relief Teacher. Topics covered include duty of care, reporting and legal obligations and personal liability. Participants will gain insight into their responsibilities to ensure safety and wellbeing and will explore the knowledge required for documenting incidents, complying with requirements and mitigating risk. By the end of the session, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of their legal duties, empowering them to confidently fulfil their roles while safeguarding both themselves and their students.
