Description
As archives continue to cope with our 'new normal' that may include reduced budgets and staff, taking advantage of makerspace technologies at your institution or elsewhere can allow you to continue to meet the needs of your collections and users. This poster shares how our library's Archives and Special Collections utilizes makerspace technologies such as 3-D and large-format printers, a Cricut machine, and even a button maker in exhibit creation, instruction, and digital preservation.
