Description
This poster addresses how the University of San Francisco's Special Collections & University Archives (SCUA) department realigned our strategic planning tactics from a 2019 library-wide strategic plan based on impacts the coronavirus pandemic and racial injustice events of 2020 and 2021 had on our student population. Outcomes of the strategic planning process are discussed and may be of interest to other institutions attempting strategic planning and long-term goal setting in the current climate
