P10 Persisting in a Pandemic: Establishing and Cultivating the Kennedy Center's Archives

Description

Barely a year into its existence, the archives at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts was shut down for four months in 2020 due to the global pandemic. Upon their return, staff quickly regrouped to co-produce an exhibit ('If These Halls Could Talk') that opened in September 2021 for the Center's 50th anniversary, while successfully building and promoting the archives as a trusted and relevant institutional resource.
