P04 Impact Studies in Continuing Education for the Archival Profession

This poster presentation explores the literature on what facilitates continuing education in the archival profession and identifies ways to make it more effective. The author constructed an evaluation framework for the need to search for a connection between CE and the performance of archivists. In this presentation, the author suggests practical continuing education for training archivists with implications drawn from a survey collected by 40 academic archivists in the United States.
