Description

On average, employee investment accounts for anywhere between 60-80% of a company’s operating budget, making employee attrition a significant risk to every organization. Beyond the financial cost of 150-200% of a departing employee’s salary; there is impact on productivity, customer relationships and your company’s overall brand and reputation.

In this session, Amanda Ono, Resolver’s VP of Customer Experience and People and Culture, and Terry Lampropoulos, Professor of Risk Management at Seneca College will walk through a live scenario analysis exercise focused on employee attrition, to help you identify the potential impact on your organization and give you the tools you need to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and understand risks associated with employee attrition
  • Create scenario analyses to help you make more informed decisions
  • Implement and measure controls that emphasize the up-side…employee retention.
