Program Description
The following courses are offered both separately and as a series. The series is designed to address the basic competencies required for success in the role of a portable sanitation professional and serves as preparation for those seeking certification through the PSAI.
Continuing Education
- Up to 6.0 Continuing Education Hours (CEH's)
- PSAI Certificate of Completion automatically available for download in your Learning Center Profile after the program concludes.
- Georgia Department of Public Health - Completing all three (3) modules and passing the PSAI Certification Exam fulfills Portable Sanitation licensing requirements in the State of Georgia.
- Illinois Department of Public Health - Completing all three (3) modules and passing the PSAI Certification Exam fulfills Portable Sanitation licensing requirements in the State of Illinois.
- Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy - Pending approval.
- Ohio Department of Health - Approved for up to 6.0 CEU's for sewage treatment systems contractors, including installers, septage haulers, and service providers:
- Transportation & Logistics in Portable Sanitation - 1.5 CEU's
- Servicing & Maintaining Portable Sanitation Equipment - 2.0 CEU's
- Health, Safety, & Professional Excellence in Portable Sanitation - 2.5 CEU's
