This presentation should help the attendee establish a diagnostic approach to the syncopal patient. In order to do so, the attendee must first understand the pathophysiological mechanisms behind the different forms of syncope. The attendee will also learn how to best differentiate syncope from seizure, if at all possible. The “art and science” of treating each form of syncope will be discussed in detail
