The government is increasingly looking to drive greater value and performance from contractors. This course will discuss specific ways to mitigate performance risk including writing effective Scopes of Work or Performance Work Statements, avoiding common pitfalls that increase performance risk and devalue performance as well as specific tips and techniques to manage risk and deliver value once the contract has been signed.
