Best Practices and Strategies in Education for the Expert-Level Coordinator

In the final course of Best Practices and Strategies in Education, you will apply your understanding of best practices and strategies to your work in your GEAR UP role as coordinator. The course will address program improvement and continuous learning as it related to your own GEAR UP program goals and outcomes.

This course covers:

  • How to develop and execute action plans for program improvement;
  • Strategies for staying current on research and best practices for self, colleagues, and partners.
A majority of the work of coordinators involves implementing best practices and this course will enable you to pull together the learning and apply it directly to your work.
