Keeping track of students, families, the many services you provide, and the host of other work you do as a college access professional can be daunting. Planning ahead, staying organized, and managing time are key elements to provide the quality services your students need to prepare and succeed in postsecondary education.

  • Prioritizing work; and
  • The impact of deadlines.
This introductory course to planning and organizing is meant for those who seek ideas to stay organized and plan ahead.

Take the full series
This is the first of three courses on planning and organizing for college access professionals. The courses build on each other, so we recommend taking all three courses, regardless of experience. The full series should take up to 6 hours to complete and you can take the courses at your own pace.

Certificate of Completion
To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete each lesson, all surveys, and pass the assessment with an 80% or higher for which you will have two retake opportunities.
