Building on the emerging-level course on collaboration, this course will deepen a coordinators understanding of what collaboration means and how to apply effective practices. Whether it's with team members, partners, or other stakeholders, collaboration is a key factor in implementing services that help students succeed.

  • Support a team through stages of development;
  • Facilitate consensus decision-making; and
  • Celebrate team success.

This is the second of three courses on collaboration for coordinators. The courses build on each other, so we recommend taking all three courses, regardless of experience. The full series should take up to 6 hours to complete and you can take the courses at your own pace.
