In his talk "Back In Action" Dr. Yoav will explain why mechanical back and neck pain is so common among personal organizers and give the audience practical exercises to take back control of their health and wellness, and reduce their dependency on medicines, injections or surgeries.

In this interactive presentation on “self care” strategies he will arm the audience with easy to implement knowledge - needed to prevent neck pain or stiffness, as well as lower back pain or sciatica while at home or working with clients.

Daily life at home, work and travel puts constant stress on the human body, especially our spines. Dr.Yoav will help the audience understand how to mitigate the risk of that stress.
Luckily our neck and back pain is one thing we can control ourselves at home or work through self-alignment, education, and movement. By learning to move correctly and adjusting our physical surroundings to support our physical health, we can heal from pain and injury while also being proactive and avoiding pain in the first place.

The way we hang out at home or work could be causing long-term damage to the neck and back. Luckily, alleviating neck and back pain is one of the few things we can do ourselves without relying on healthcare providers.
