Course Description
The  National Tax Practice Institute™ (NTPI®) is a three-level program developed to sharpen the skills of enrolled practitioners at all stages of their careers. With each level of this program, the core curriculum enables participants to expand their knowledge and skills, and gain the confidence needed to successfully guide their clients through the often-challenging maze of IRS codes, internal regulations, and agency structure.

NTPI Level 3 includes 24 CE focusing on Representation. Take the final step toward becoming an NTPI Fellow. Classes can be viewed live or on-demand. Access to this course expires one year from purchase.

Clarice Landreth, EA
Clarice Landreth is an enrolled agent who works at Omni Tax Solutions in Broomfield, CO. She has over 20 years of experience representing taxpayers before the IRS. She is currently the chair of the NAEA NTPI Planning Committee and a current speaker at NAEA’s events and for the NTPI program. She is an expert in tax resolution including Offers in Compromise and Trust Fund Recovery Penalty.

Alan Pinck, EA
Alan Pinck is an enrolled agent with 30 years of tax preparation experience in the Silicon Valley. Alan has built a practice specializing in individual, small business tax preparation and audit representation. Alan, a nationally recognized presenter you have seen him at NTPI events, the moderator of Tax Talk Today, CSEA Super Seminar, Spidell Publishing as well as a variety of other presentations for tax groups and small business associations. Having represented thousands of tax returns in examination, Alan has obtained tremendous insight of the exam process as well as knowledge on a wide variety of tax issues. His real world approach and stories bring his sessions to life!

Marc Dombrowski, EA
Marc J. Dombrowski, EA, specializes in IRS/state collections cases, settlements with the IRS, tax lien releases, and corporate officer assessments. He has lectured since 1994 on advanced collection topics. As an enrolled agent, he is licensed to practice before the IRS in all 50 states. He received the 2020 NAEA President’s Award for his contributions to the practitioner community.

David Gannaway, EA, MBA, CFE, CAMS, CVA
Mr. Gannaway joined J.S.Heldin November 2020 as an executive vice president in the Forensic Accounting & Economics Group. Since 2007, he has been providing tax controversy, litigation support, and expert witness services to attorneys and clients in both civil and criminal litigations in federal and state courts across multiple business sectors including construction, healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit.

Heather Posey, EA
Heather Posey, EA, NTPI Fellow is an Enrolled Agent at Frost Law. She has over a decade of experience in tax compliance and controversy on the federal and state levels for individuals and small businesses. She has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, including collection enforcement defense, examination defense, Trust Fund Recovery Penalties, penalty abatements, and innocent spouse relief requests before various IRS units and state revenue agencies.

Heather is an active volunteer with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, and earned the "Young Volunteer of the Year" award in 2020. She is currently a student at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she serves on the executive board of the Business and Tax Law Association.
Continuing Education
This course qualifies for IRS Continuing Education Hours and CTEC Continuing Education Hours. NAEA reports IRS CE on a monthly basis. If you have not received your CE Hours in your IRS PTIN Account by the end of the month after receiving the certificate, please contact NAEA at  education@naea.org. If you would like your CE reported to CTEC, email education@naea.org with your CTEC member number.
