This eLearning introduces local health departments (LHDs) to core Administrative Preparedness terminology. It also provides an overview of two administrative preparedness tools that LHDs can use to strengthen their administrative preparedness planning and tailor it to the unique needs of their jurisdictions. These tools include the Public Health Emergency Staffing Plan Template and the ESF-8 Public Health Situation Report Template.
