Do you receive third-party payer payments accurately and on time? Many would answer "no," and the cause might be found in the organization's contract management. Unfortunately, human error is unavoidable, so missed payments and underpayments happen. Identifying and correcting these inaccurate payments often falls to providers. Without a strategy to ensure payers are complying with your contract terms, these errors can stress and disrupt your revenue cycle.
