It starts with a 90-question, multiple choice assessment based on the domains in the Body of Knowledge (BOK). Based on your scores, you’ll receive a personalized online course list that you can be automatically registered to complete and review at your own pace.

Body of Knowledge
MGMA’s Body of Knowledge is comprised of six topics: Operations Management, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Risk Management, Organizational Governance and Transformative Healthcare Delivery. It serves as a repository of industry knowledge, a guide to practice management, an assessment of competency and a learning tool as wells as the exam blueprint for individuals pursuing certification through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
