Description
Managing and leading people — from recruitment and hiring, to training, performance management and retention — are core competencies for every healthcare executive. While many of the same regulations and skills apply or are required for managers or leaders in any industry, executives in healthcare delivery environments must be prepared for the nuances specific to the delivery of healthcare in a clinical setting.
