Presented as a combination of didactic and highly interactive formats, this program will support you in developing a plan to implement one new approach to teamwork in the near future, ultimately improving team functionality and overall wellness.
Learning Objectives:
- Ability to assess team functionality and drive improvement.
- Understand how teamwork impacts the drivers of burnout.
- Identify the types of team participants interact and learn how to improve the effectiveness of different types of teams.
