Description
We will discuss DWI cases when the intoxicating substance was not alcohol. What unique arguments can be made when the defendant used over the counter medications or prescription medications?Is there even a difference in the analysis when the defendant was simply sick or delirious or otherwise possibly "impaired" for a reason other than alcohol use. All of these scenarios and the underlying legal analysis will be discussed.
