Description
IRI 2038 is an IRI commissioned strategic
foresights initiative made possible, in part, by IRI member contributions to
the Diamond Anniversary Campaign. The IRI2038 project’s extended team
interviewed 38 R&D leaders around the world for their views of future
drivers of change, performed an environmental scan identifying weak signals of
other future trends and engaged IRI members in scenario development and
incasting workshops. This presentation reviews key project results and
unveils the resulting four inductive scenarios of the future. Attendees are
invited to participate in a lively and provocative backcasting workshop
immediately following.
