Over a two-day series, this esteemed panel will present a business plan for starting and growing a business in the rehabilitation profession. They will share personal experiences, trials and tribulations of their individual businesses. Starting with the decision making of the IRS designation for a startup, they will address accounting, marketing, hiring (1099 vs W-2 employees), benefits management and IT (and AI) components of a business, while also emphasizing the need for professional consistency and ethical business practices.
