Megan Harless is an Army Veteran, military spouse, mom to
three amazing children, and is passionate about educating others on the
regulations and policies of PCS (permanent change of station) all while working
on reform efforts to streamline and simplify the process for military families.
As a family they have PCS’d 10 times in the past 15 years which has led her to
her passion of improving the process. Since the fall of 2018, Megan has worked
with members of Congress, US Transportation Command, and members of the moving
industry to identify key pain points of the process and to draft solutions to
be implemented for families. In 2020 Megan was named as the Military.com Spouse
Changemaker of the Year for her efforts on PCS Reform. When she is not
supporting her military community, Megan enjoys hiking with her family,
watching sporting events, traveling, and searching for the world’s best chocolate!

Charles
“Chuck” White has been involved in the moving industry since 1994 when he went
to work for Executive Moving Systems in Woodbridge, VA. Previous to that Chuck
worked as a high school teacher and football coach in Maryland and Northern
Virginia.
During
his time serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Executive he was
elected to a volunteer position on the Executive Committee of the International
Association of Movers (IAM), formerly known as the Household Goods Forwards
Association of America (HHGFAA). He served on that Committee for four years and
in 2005 he joined the IAM staff as their Director of Government & Military
Relations. He
held that position for 10 years and in 2015 Chuck was promoted to the position
of Senior Vice President for the organization.
In
January, 2019, Chuck became the President of IAM.

Ray daSilva started his career in the mobility services
industry in 1978 as a moving consultant for Alaska
Orient Van Service, a United Van Lines agent in Anchorage, Alaska. He has held
positions in sales, management and executive roles based in Anchorage,
Honolulu, Singapore, London, Florida and Washington, DC. During his 23 years
with the Crown Worldwide Group, Ray served on its Executive Board where he
contributed to the growth of its global network of offices.
He played a key
role in developing Crown University, a visionary staff training and management
development program. Throughout his career, Ray has believed in the inherent
power of facilitating connectivity and collaboration within a fragmented
industry. This led him to contribute to the development of RedSky Mobility
Solutions, an innovative cloud based international move management system. He
currently serves as President of Mobility Exchange, LLC which develops and
implements collaborative technology solutions for the mobility services
industry in partnership with the IAM.
