The IAM Move Coordinator Training Program is a comprehensive introduction to our industry, customer service, business communications and move coordination skills.  The program consists of 5 courses and a final assessment.  Upon successful completion, you will earn a Certificate of Achievement for Program Completion. 

This should be considered an essential part of new staff orientation.  It also serves as an excellent refresher program for industry veterans.
