Move with The Mayor: Integrating Physical and Mental Well-being

Description

In this webinar, we will unveil the transformative journey that unfolds when cities embrace the Move with the Mayor initiative. From fostering social connections to promoting physical activity, we'll explore the ripple effects of this collaborative effort on individual and community well-being.

One of the key focuses of this webinar is suicide prevention. We'll equip attendees with invaluable resources and strategies to recognize warning signs, offer support, and ultimately, save lives. Our panel of experts will share insights and practical tips to empower individuals and communities in the fight against suicide.

But that's not all! Prepare to rejuvenate your body and mind with a live stretching class led by a certified physical therapist. From the comfort of your own space, you'll embark on a journey of self-care and relaxation, guided through a series of stretches tailored to various settings. Whether you're at home, in the office, or on the go, these exercises are designed to enhance flexibility, alleviate tension and promote overall well-being.
Join us as we unite to champion the integration of physical activity, social connection, and mental well-being. Together, we can create healthier, happier and more resilient communities for all.
