Description
of Training—Understanding the influence that military culture has on the mental health of veterans and service members is vital when providing care. This training will give mental health professionals at all levels a baseline understanding of the nuances of being in the
military. We will review personal bias, military structure, military
culture, and best practices for treatment and hear from veterans and
service members.
