In this workshop, learn how to intentionally pick games and use them to conceptualize play therapy treatment planning.
Objectives:
Learn to adapt board, card, and puzzle games to improve socialization and life skills.
Use at least 3 different games to explore Crucial Cs and Therapeutic Powers of Play for conceptualization
Discuss and share resources/options for selecting age and developmentally appropriate games for varying clients
Review barriers to using games in the playroom
