Registration includes all four days of events - September 14/15 & 21/22, as well as continued access to all session recordings thru December 20, 2024. Single day purchase options are not available for this event.

Deadlines

  • Early Bird pricing ends August 1, 2024 at 7 pm CT.
  • Cancellation deadline is August 15, 2024.
  • Registration deadline is September 22, 2024 at 7 pm CT.

Active members of EMDRIA receive a discount on conference registration. If you are not a member of our association, consider joining today.

NonMember Registration

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase Conference registration at NonMember pricing and then join EMDRIA at a later date, EMDRIA will not refund any portion of your conference registration. If you wish to join EMDRIA, please purchase your membership first and then register for the conference so you will receive member pricing.

Memorial Scholarship Application

Individuals may apply directly or they may be nominated  by other by submitting the application form linked below. Applicants awarded a scholarship will receive complimentary conference registration.

 Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation requests from registrants must be made by completing the online Cancellation Form. No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted by phone or email. A total refund of paid registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, will apply to all cancellations submitted by August 15, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2024.
