Toilets and Bidets

In this course you will learn:
You’ve heard the saying “we’ve come a long way baby.” That’s the truth when it comes to toilets! Can you imagine what it was like not to have the convenience of an indoor toilet - getting up in the middle of the night and trudging across the yard to the outhouse? This course will take you through toilet and bidet technologies and give you the tools to elevate the toilet sale.

Learning Objectives:
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

• Explain how a toilet works.
• Describe the different types of toilets.
• Explain flushing technology.
• Discuss performance factors.
• Explain technological advances and the “wow” factor intelligent toilets offer to customers.
• Address installation considerations.
• Define appropriate terminology.

A score of at least 90% is required to pass, and questions are selected from a pool and will show in random order. Participants may retake the test until they pass, and the questions will pull from the pool in random order with each retake.
