Kate Wiggins
Kate Wiggins is a facilitator and consultant, and she currently works with industry leaders in the DISCUS Leadership Certification Program. She has a decade of experience in the beverage industry – though she was slinging caffeine, not spirits, across the bar at her Montana coffee shop. She studied business at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and has an MA from the University of Mississippi, where she delved into social and cultural contexts for building company culture and broader stakeholder engagement. She has a Sustainable Management certificate from Duke University (which hurt her Tar Heel heart a bit to acquire) and teaches Communication and Entrepreneurship at Montana State University.
