For this course we will be joined by current and former
FTC officials, who will review consumer protection and privacy
responsibilities that advertisers need to keep top of mind. We will review the
longstanding and important partnership we have with our regulators and explain
that, while the DISCUS Code is a robust and comprehensive self-regulatory and
voluntary system, there are also other laws and regulations that
advertisers need to keep in mind.
