LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Role-play one week in the life of someone navigating poverty, including identifying and evaluating trade-off decisions to recognize the physical and emotional health and relational impacts of poverty on individuals and families.
- Identify principles & actions that can lead to more effective partnerships between families being served and case managers.
- Describe the intersection between poverty and health outcomes.
- Apply actions that foster trust and reduce the negative impact of bias in the system to combat health inequities.
ALL learners will be required to attend the full 1.5 hours of the session, pass a 15-question quiz and complete an evaluation following this session before downloading your CE certificate.
