All courses and materials are per person and should not be shared. Only the account which has purchased the product will receive credit for the course/module.

How can I access my courses?

You can access purchased courses by going to your account in the top right corner, then clicking into "my activity", where you will find your courses and your current progress. If you are having issues, please let us know!

Do webinars and courses count for Continuing Education hours for my SRW, CPI, and/or MSV certification?

Yes they do! The rules and number of hours associated with each course/webinar will be listed inside of the description. Specific questions can be directed to certification@masonryandhardscapes.org

Information on each certification can be found in the respective course descriptions. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Why can’t I log in?

Please check your internet browser and security settings to allow permissions for this website. You may also need to clear your browsing cookies. You may also use the password reset function. Please contact us at educate@masonryandhardscapes.org if we can help out.  

Will my certification show up in my online education account?

No, our certifications are hosted in a different database. You will be sent certifications and relevant information via email. 

What is the difference between live courses and online courses?

Live courses, such as the Concrete Paver Installer course, are hosted by member companies around North America. These will have at least one live instructor.

Online courses, live webinars and on-demand learning are available digitally, and you can go at your own pace. The content covered in our online courses is the same the content presented in the person, however, there will not be a live instructor.

Is there a course close to me?

We have courses all over North America. Please check the calendar, which can be found on our home page, to see if there is a course near you. On the calendar page, you can sort by date or location. Courses are sponsored by CMHA Members who select the date and location of the course. If you cannot find a course near you, we recommend you reach out to a local CMHA member to express your interest in them hosting a course.
