Professional Case Management practice has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Laws have in some cases changed, ethical mandates remain binding, and standards and scope of practice continue to frame how we function as case managers. This session will review the good, bad, and ugly of practice changes with an eye to the future.

- Identity legal parameters of distance practice
- Identify ethical guidelines for distance practice
- Name 3 changes to prudent case management practice learned during the pandemic
