Description:
Since the beginning of the pandemic, organizations have had to nimbly adjust their work approaches due to the need for social-distancing and shut-downs. The case management industry is no exception. While some case managers felt comfortable in March 2020 in adapting to communicating with clients via video chat or phone, some have felt less at ease understanding how to use technology tools. This webinar will strengthen case manager comfort in getting organized to communicate virtually, and in preparing their clients to best use new technologies.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this session the learner will:
1. Describe the technology software used in telephonic or video virtual visits
2. Explain the pre-visit preparation necessary for a successful virtual visit.
3. Instruct clients on the best use of the technology.
4. Describe how to best assure technophobic clients and support them to master the new approach.
