2024 CAS Town Hall About the Strategic Plan - July 17

Description

Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Future Direction of the CAS - Join Our Town Hall on the New CAS Strategic Plan

All CAS members and active candidates are invited to participate in a unique opportunity to shape the future of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) by participating in an engaging Town Hall about the next iteration of the CAS Strategic Plan.

Our current Strategic Plan was launched in 2020, and with new challenges and heightened competition, it is time for us to review and refine our strategic direction. The Board of Directors, supported by a Task Force of current and recent CAS leaders and senior staff, is working diligently on drafting this new plan. We've also partnered with an external consulting firm renowned for their expertise in strategic planning for associations.

Your participation in the Town Hall will provide crucial feedback that will help shape the future of CAS. By participating in the Town Hall, you can:

  • Get insights into the work underway to update the CAS Strategic Plan
  • Contribute directly to the development of the CAS’s strategic priorities.
  • Influence the areas that will drive CAS forward and ensure we continue to thrive.

Another Town Hall will be held to maximize the opportunity to participate:
