You’re invited to join the Slingshot Challenge
webinar to learn more about how you can help support the next generation of
conservation leaders! The Slingshot Challenge is an initiative designed to
empower youth between the ages of 13-18 to learn about environmental topics,
design a solution idea, and create and submit a 1-minute video.
Select submissions will be eligible to receive
funding for up to $10,000 USD and the opportunity to attend National
Geographic’s iconic Explorers Festival in June of 2025.
During the session you will receive an overview of the
challenge basics to help you support young people’s participation in the
challenge. You’ll also hear from a recent Slingshot Challenge Award Recipient
whose solution idea involved supporting local wildlife. We'll also be answering
any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you soon!
