This is the second webinar in the Behavior Scientific Advisory Group's webinar series. The San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance (SDZWA) pioneered an Outcome-Based Husbandry program that is attainable, replicable and most of all effective for wildlife and caretakers. We will share how to scale the program for multiple institutions, adjust for unique circumstances and taxa, increase staff and leadership buy- in, while increasing complexity and challenge for wildlife.
