Description & Learning Objectives
This webinar series is a collaborative effort between the American Society of Spine Radiology (ASSR) and the European Society of Neuroradiology (ESNR).
Upon completion of this activity, participants will gain strategies to:
-Understand the epidemiology, mechanism, and clinical presentation for patients with spine metastases.
-Illustrate the treatment strategies for management of spinal metastases.
-Outline the role of osteoclast inhibitors in patients with spinal metastases.
-Understand how imaging impacts on the approach to the management of spinal metastases.
-Understand how imaging is used to delineate the target volume for external beam radiotherapy and stereotactic body radiotherapy for spinal metastases.
-Understand post-radiotherapy imaging for spinal metastases.
