This course will provide a comprehensive overview of sealant testing from international expert Jerry Klosowski - from the fundamental understanding of what our tests reveal in expected product performance to efficient failure analysis and problem solving. Illustrations of how devising new tests or modifications show the applicability of a product to a conditions of use; paramount to opening new markets or gaining an edge on the competition.

Jerry Klosowski, Consultant
Jerry is the president of Klosowski Scientific Inc, where he conducts contract research projects and technical consultation. He has over 30 years in R&D in sealants and coatings technology with emphasis on cure chemistry, reinforcement, adhesion and application research in sealants, coatings and waterproofing with Dow Corning, retiring in 2000 with the rank of Senior Scientist, Dow Corning's highest scientific position. He has lectured extensively in structural glazing, general waterproofing, highway sealants and sealant chemistry and has 34 US patents and hundreds of foreign patents stemming from US patents.
