Sealant CORE Course

Sealants Core Course
The Sealants CORE course is a 100 minute video series designed to provide an understanding of sealant classification, chemistry, manufacturing and use. The course includes the slide deck, 4 recording modules of approximately 30 minutes followed by a knowledge check. The exam has 30 questions, requiring greater than 80% for a passing grade and 1 CORE credit.

George Sivy holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the Pennsylvania State University. With over 20 years’ experience in the adhesives and sealants industry, Dr. Sivy has worked with numerous technologies including, acrylics, butyls, anaerobic, epoxies, urethanes, and silicones. He has held a range of technical positions including research and development, technical service, consulting, and product engineering.
