This interactive session will put your application of the ICRM and ARMA ethics codes to the test. You will be placed into small groups and given three case studies that depict ethical dilemmas that records managers might face. Each group must identify the ethical conflict and present its decisions or solutions to the room. In the end, you'll compare your responses to those inherent in the ARMA and ICRM codes of ethics.
